The rooms are very attractive, in good condition and the bathrooms are modern. This hotel is situated close to Christ Church Cathedral, located on Fishamble street in Temple bar. Although the hotel was built in 1996, it is located on one of the most historically important streets in Dublin. It is a great central location in a quiet street with the Guinness Brewery nearby. The hotel has one bistro style restaurant, on the first floor, with wood flooring. There is a lively, modern bar situated on the ground floor of the hotel which is truly unique in style. The bar has a live DJ on weekends and is very trendy and chic!It is a fairly traditional style building. The site on which the hotel now stands once housed the music hall where Handel?s Messiah"was first performed. To this day, Handel?s famous work is still recited once a year right outside the front door. A complete renovation of the property has given the hotel a modern feel. The lobby area is small and modern in design.
